We are looking for solution where we can convert scanned TIF images in Compressed & searchable PDF/A file as factory process. Following is description of requirement:
1. Input images will come in following folder structure:

2. Output is required in following hierarchy

(compressed ocred pdf/a file having all images in source folder)
1(b)(ii) Document Type 2.pdf
(compressed ocred pdf/a file having all images in source folder)
3. Apart from batch OCRing and conversion of images in pdf/a format, we need to add digital signature and watermark in output pdf files.
4. We also want to integrate this utility in our Enterprise Content Management solution for performing following activities on files getting uploaded / added in ECM solution
4a. Embed / extract metadata in PDF files
4b. Adding Digital Signature
4c. Adding Watermark
4b. Adding Pages in existing PDFs uploaded in solution
Please note that requirement given in Point 4 is separate requirement and above requirement of batch conversion of TIF images in PDF file is a separate requirement, for which we are looking at an immediate low cost solution.
