AutomaticValue=2 can’t rename output PDF file in PDFcamp Printer x64 v2.5

I have PDFcamp Printer (x64) v2.5 running on Windows server 2008 R2. PDFCamp has been working well but we currently have the Registry setting for AutomaticValue=2  which overlays the report if it exists but we would it to rename the file if it already exists so I changed every instance of AutomaticValue to “1” and booted the server but it is still overlaying the existing file rather than renaming it. What am I doing wrong?

Other settings –
AutomaticDirectory=D:\PDFCamp
AutomaticOutput=1
AutoView=0

"C:\Program Files\PDFcamp Printer (x64) v2.5\config.ini"
EmptyFileNameAfterPrinting=0
============================
Maybe this is a limitation in the PDFcamp Printer x64 v2.5 version, we will research this problem shortly.

In the meantime, you may set AutomaticOutput=6 to try again, AutomaticOutput=6 will rename the output PDF file by the name of the original document automatically, we hoping AutomaticOutput=6 will work fine to you.

docconverter com, pdfcamp printer

Upgrade from PDFcamp Printer version 2.1 to 2.3

I have purchased the "Doc Converter COM Component" for the "PDFcamp Printer" software in 2007.  They currently have version 2.1. (see attached file, it's the E-Mail they received from you, including the registration key you initially provided)
They are in the process of upgrading their MS Office 2003 suite to MS Office 2010.
I have some questions regarding your software and MS Office 2010:
? Does version 2.1 handle the ".DOCX" and ".XLSX" formats?  I think it does not since it does not seem to work anymore...
? Your latest version is 2.3.  Does that version handle MS Office 2010?  On your web site, you only mention 2007...
? If 2.3 handles MS Office 2010, can my client upgrade from 2.1 to 2.3?  If so, is there a fee for this?  Or can they simply download the full version and apply the current registration key?
Your help is greatly approciated in this.
Thanks!

>>? Does version 2.1 handle the ".DOCX" and ".XLSX" formats?  I think it does not since it does not seem to work anymore...

V2.1 can't handle the ".DOCX" and ".XLSX" formats, but v2.3 does support ".DOCX" and ".XLSX" formats.

>>? Your latest version is 2.3.  Does that version handle MS Office 2010?  On your web site, you only mention 2007...

Yes, v2.3 is support ".DOCX" and ".XLSX" formats, it is support MS Office 2010 too.

Yes, you can upgrade from v2.1 to v2.3, the upgrade cost is 50% of purchase price, if you wish upgrade to latest version, please email to us your original Order ID, we will send the upgrade web page to you shortly.

====================================================

Thanks for your answers, the XXXX department purchased the upgrade last week (please find attached a copy of the E-Mail that was sent to XXXX, confirming their purchase and their key),
I'm trying to make it work, and I'm having problems:
- I installed the latest "VeryPDF PDFcamp Printer v2.3"
- I installed the latest "doc2pdf_com_full_v2.5"
- I'm running MS Word 2010, on a Windows 2003 server
What works:

- I can manually open word, open any document, and manually print to the "PDF Camp" printer.
- The appropriate PDF will be created.
What does not work:

- Running the "html2pdf.exe" application will only generate empty PDF documents.
I attached the documents I'm using to generate the PDF.  They are:
- Test.doc (sample word document from Office 2003)
- Test.docx (sample word document from Office 2010)
- Test.PDF (the PDF document generated when running html2pdf.exe)
The command line I use is the following (the paths have been tested and they are ok):

html2pdf "C:\ConvertToPDF\Test\test.doc" "C:\ConvertToPDF\Test\test.pdf" "papertype=0,Overwrite=Yes,OutputLog=y,debugfile=C:\ConvertToPDF\Test\debug.txt"
Also, as you can see, I generated a "html2pdf.log" file and a "debug.txt" file.  They seem to show that everything is running ok??
Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated.

Sorry for the late reply
The problem is that this happens on a production server, and the server is not really available for sharing
Quick question though: does your software work with Word 2010? Or only Word 2007?  I tried to print with other software installed on the server, and they all work:
- Excel 2010 works fine
- Notepad
- Wordpad
- Print a test page from the printer properties page
- Imaging software
- Adobe reader
The only one that does not work and gives out a blank PDF page is Word 2010.
Any other ideas?  Uninstall and re-install office?
note: I will try to setup TeamViewer on a test computer and reproduce the problem there, and I'll let you know when that is done.
=====================================
Our PDFcamp Printer does support all application which support printing function, so it is support MS Word 2010 without any problem.

Also, I have tried the PDFcamp Printer on our another Win7 system with MS Word 2010 installed just now, I can print a Word document from MS Word 2010 to PDFcamp Printer and create a PDF file without any problem, everything is fine.

Just for checking, I suggest you may install MS Word 2010 and PDFcamp Printer v2.3 to another system to try again, can you get it work on your another system?

pdf to text converter

Can’t call PDF2TXT SDK from ASP code

I have a  WIN 2003 server.
I downloaded the demo( PDF2TXT Com for developers.
I'm trying to do this example in ASP.
I have registered the
regsvr32 p2tocx.ocx
regsvr32 Pdf2Txtex.dll
Here is the message
Server object error 'ASP 0177 : 800401f3'
Server.CreateObject Failed
/doracle/test_eclipse_Verypdf.asp, line 3
800401f3
==============
code below:
<html><title>Test_Eclipse_VeryPDF</title><body>
<%
set pp2t = Server.CreateObject("pdf2txt.cpdf2txt")

The DLL has the IUSR_machine and IWAM_machine permission.
Suggestions?
==================================
Please check following issues,
1. Please copy Pdf2Txtex.dll, pdf2txt.dll, encryptpdf.dll, pdfsdk.dll, p2tocx.ocx files to same folder,
2. Register Pdf2Txtex.dll from this folder,

regsvr32 Pdf2Txtex.dll

3. Please give Full Control permission to Everyone user account to the folder where these DLL files exist,
4. OK, please run your ASP code to try again,

If you are using 64bit system, please don't copy these DLL files to system32 folder, you need copy these DLL files to syswow64 folder, and set "Enable 32-bit Applications" to True in IIS Service, then you can call "PDF2TXT.CPDF2TXT" from 64bit ASP code properly.

if you still can't get it work, please create a remote desktop account on your test machine, after we logged into your test machine, we will research this problem for you asap.
