PDF Form Filler

VeryPDF PDF Form Filler OCX v3.1

Hello,

I was wondering if you are still actively supporting this product.

I am creating an application and need to view and fill out pdf forms inside of my C# windows forms application.
I am developing in .Net VS2008 and cannot seem to figure out how to load your components into my application so that I can make use of them.

Any help or documentation you can provide would be appreciated. Once I can get things working in my project I can evaluate your product.

Thank You,

Hi,

You can download and install trial version of PDF Form Filler SDK (COM) v3.1 from following URL,

https://www.verypdf.com/pdfform/pdfformsdk.zip

after you installed it, you can import pdfformocx.ocx into your C# application, then you can use it to fill your PDF forms easily. If you can't get it work, please feel free to let us know, we will ask our engineer to create a C# project to you shortly.

PDF to Vector Converter

Support for PdfToVector

I have been experiencing an issue with your PdfToVector software over the past few weeks.  The issue has become consistent enough to warrant reaching out and trying to have this resolved.

It appears that your PdfToVector tool is putting spaces in some of our font names.  When we attempt to distill the EPS using Acrobat Distiller, we receive an error.

As an example, here is the name of one of the fonts that is creating an issue:

%%BeginResource: font JPHDMN+Frutiger#20LT#20Std#2055#20Roman
...
/FontName /JPHDMN+Frutiger LT Std 55 Roman def

As you can see, the "#20" substrings are being replaced with literal spaces.

I've attached a PDF and the resulting EPS file for testing and reference.

When delivering a new version for us to test, please send us the updated SDK for testing.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused to you, we will research this problem shortly, we will try to include a fix for this problem into the next version of our product, we will let you know after the new version is available, thanks for your patience.

PCL to PDF conversion

I wrote a product which is a payroll service bureau product used by about 240 licensee’s nationwide. I added a product called ViewChoice.  This was our solution to allow our licensee’s to send their customers payroll reports, quarterlies and W2’s print files that are viewable in a VB app using a proprietary 3rd part product.

I am searching for a PCL to PDF conversion utility that will convert a PCL based reports file which contains macro’s, soft fonts along with the reports itself.

When you have a moment – would you please contact me at XXXXXXXX which is my office cell phone.  I am currently in AZ and will be back in NJ the week of June 6th and then back in the office the following week.  I wanted to reach out to find out more about your product.  If it is something we think we can use then I would like to see if there is an opportunity to possibly partner up with you

Thanks for your message, we suggest you may download the trial version of PCL Converter from our website to try first,

if you encounter any problem with our PCL Converter product, please feel free to let us know, we are glad to assist you asap.

Image to PDF Converter

Image2PDF OCR Command Line v3.2 Question.

I have downloaded the trial version of Image2PDF OCR Command Line and had a go at OCRing some PDFs. The program converts all the PDFs to black and white. It doesn’t do this with Tiffs. Can you please tell me if this is a limitation or if I am doing something incorrect? The command line I am using looks like:

"C:\Image2pdf\Img2PDF.exe -x 1 -o FileOut  FileIn

Thanks,
====================================

Yes, our Image2PDF OCR Command Line will convert all color PDF pages to black and white pages, it can't keep the colors during OCR process.

We are planning keep the color information in the next version of Image to PDF OCR Command Line product, we will let you know after new version is ready.
