Support Options


VeryPDF do provide two types of support for VeryPDF Server License and Developer License products, "Free Support" and "Gold Support".

VeryPDF offers ONE Month Gold Support and ONE Year Free Support with every toolkit purchase, the Gold Support which can be purchased with the SDK for a 20% savings or separately after the SDK purchase. Customers must have a license of the most current SDK version to purchase or renew a support contract.

Free Support: With Free Support, you will receive:

  1. 1. Product Support, 5 Days per Week, by Email (support@verypdf.com).
  2. 2. Enhancements and upgrades are free within first year since your purchase date.
  3. 3. Technical assistance for the purpose of understanding how to use software.
  4. 4. Assistance will be given during business hours and in a timely manner.
  5. 5. Free Support does not include analysis of problematic files or other troubleshooting activities.

 

Gold Support: Gold Support is $1200 per year, Gold Support is OPTIONAL and not required.
However, the majority of our customers choose this option because of the compelling benefits it provides at a low cost.

If you select Gold Support for One Year, you will receive:

  1. 1. Priority Product Support, 7 Days per Week, by Email (support@verypdf.com).
  2. 2. Product Updates at no additional charge.
  3. 3. Product Version Upgrades at no additional charge.
  4. 4. Access to pre-release product.
  5. 5. The Gold Support Plan has a term of one year.
  6. 6. VeryPDF will use reasonable best efforts to correct failure and provide this fix to client in a timely manner.
  7. 7. Gold Support does include analysis of problematic files or other troubleshooting activities.
  8. 8. Provide technical support by Skype, TeamViewer, LogMeIn, WebEx, etc. tools.
  9. 9. Provide Remote Debugging Service.

What if I do not want Gold Support?

For example, we can assume that you were purchased SDK Developer License at 2006-01-01.

bullet Within first 30 days since your purchase date (From 2006-01-01 To 2006-01-31):
1. Gold Support and Free Support are provided free of charge for the first 30 days after purchase.
 
bullet After first 30 days and within one year since your purchase date (From 2006-02-01 To 2007-01-01):
1. You will receive Free Support.
2. You will receive the product enhancements and upgrades free of charge that are generally available to other clients licensing this SDK product.
3. Free Support does not include analysis of problematic files or other troubleshooting activities.
4. You can pay $1200 to upgrade Free Support to Gold Support.
5. If you do not have a "Gold Support" Plan, then the fee for bug fix will be $200 per bug.
 
bullet After first one year since your purchase date (After 2007-01-01):
1. You can pay $1200 to upgrade Free Support to Gold Support.
2. If you do not have a "Gold Support" Plan, then the fee for bug fix will be $200 per bug and the fee for Product Upgrades will be 50% of the original purchase price of the software.
