Dear Support,

First thank you for a simple and easy to understand product. Good design is so rare these days.

I have what I suspect is an undocumented feature or a bug I came across today.

I was bates stamping some images to be combined into a PDF and every one of the images that were BLANK (see attached) did not import into PDF……ODD.

I ended up adding them thru Adobe (PAIN IN THE …) but hoped you could help me with this.

They were scanned with a Kodak 620 scanner using Kodak Capture Software into single page group 4 tiffs.

I use the Kodak Imaging Object to open each of the files and add the bates stamping to them.

Then they are passed to a directory where I verify the information and use Image2PDF to convert them to PDF.

Page number 177 is attached to this email for you to see.

For some reason every image that was blank (about3k in size) was not imported into the PDF…..

Thanks for your quick response.
