- In the beginning of the conversion from excel to pic, you should open an Excel document and click “File”—“Print” to open “Print” dialog box in which you can choose “docPrint” as your current printer in “Printer” combo box. - You will see the main window of docPrint at once. Please try to open “Save As” dialog box in which you can save the target files and run the conversion. Please use anyone of the following ways to open “Save As” dialog box. You can click “File” and click “Save as” in dropdown list or click the button which seems like a floppy disk in the toolbar. There is also a quick way—the hot key “Ctrl”+ “S”.
- The last step is to save the target files in “Save As” dialog box. Please see it in Figure1. You should choose the file path for the target files in “Save in” combo box. Then input the name for the target files in “File name” edit box. Please choose the right output format for the target files in “Save as type” combo box. Then click “Save” button.

The target files will be saved in specified location automatically when the conversion from excel to pic is over.
