How to set high-level password for my confidential contract?

   Information security means protecting information and information systems from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, disruption, modification, perusal, inspection, recording or destruction. Confidential contract safety belongs to information security.  If the contract is intercepted and captured by your competitors, it will bring great loss for your company and your benefits.  So one the contract is made, it is really a headache to figure out how to keep it. You do not dare to carry it with you but you have to use it every day to make other deals then how should you do? You have to scan it to your computer then use the copies to show your legality. Then how to make the scanned confidential contract absolutely safe is your headache.

  • When you enter the interface of this software, please add password for your confidential contract by clicking “Setting” then go to “Encrypt Option” label. You will see a interface like the picture shows. There are two passwords you can set, one is for opening right and the other is for changing content right. You can also set the encrypt option level  and the permission for printing, copying, and changing form field.  If you choose all of them and set the higher level encryption, it will be very hard for someone to know it and break it.


  • If you have finished setting the password, please click “Make PDF” to finish the converting. Maybe you can name it a very strange name and store it  in a hidden folder, then I guess no one can find it but you.
