VeryPDF docprint supports users to edit pencil comment in docPrint preview application before send files to printer. After users open the Annotation dialog box and click the comment button in the Annotation dialog box , they can add pencil comment, and edit all the pencil comment which have been added on current page.
Assuming you have just added a pencil comment on current page, and now want to edit the pencil comment in docPrint preview application, you can refer to the following introduction:
First of all, you should select the pencil comment you want to edit and click on it. The a red rectangle will appear on the screen to mark the pencil comment.
When you want to move the pencil comment to a place, or change the length, you can click inside the red rectangle, pressing the left key of the mouse, and drag it to the proper place. depending on your priority.
If you want to enlarger the pencil coment, you can click on he corner of the red rectangle, and drag it larger to change the size of the pencil comment.
If you right-click the line drawn by the pencil, a floating item will appear on the screen to allow you cut, copy, delete, etc. the selected pencil comment.
If you choose Copy, you can copy the selected pencil comment to the clipboard. You can also press Ctrl+C to copy the pencil comment> Press Ctrl+Vto Paste it on the current page.
When you choose Cut or press Ctrl+X, you can cut the pencil comment to the clipboard.>Press Ctrl+Vto Paste it on the current page.
If you choose Delete, or press Deletekey on the keyboard, you can delete the pencil comment you have selected.
Sometimes, there might be a lot of comment overlapped on current page like pencil comment, and text comment. If you want to set the pencil comment to the background, you can choose Set to Background; If you want to set the pencil comment to be a foreground comment, you can choose Set to Foreground.
In order to make the new added pencil comment with the same propertied as the pencil comment you have just set, you can choose Make Properties Defaultto save the properties you have set. After that, each time you add a new pencil comment, its original properties will be the saved one.
If you have added many comment on current page, and find some of the comment is too close for you to edit, you can click Lock/Unlock to lock other comments to avoid them being selected. To cancel the lock status of the comment, you can re-clicking Lock/Unlockitem.
