If you want to comment a pdf document, you may not want to use only one kind of comment tool. If you choose to use some kind of draw comments, the page of pdf document may become more vivid and dramatic. If you have installed PDF Editor on your computer, now we can get the work started! Please open PDF Editor at first. You can double click the desktop icon or right click the icon and choose “Open” option in dropdown list. To input the pdf document into PDF Editor is the next work you need to do. Please click “File”—“Open” or directly click “Open” button in the toolbar. In the main window of PDF Editor, you can see the inputted pdf in document pane. Then please click “Edit Comment” button in the toolbar or click “Tools”—“Edit Comment” to open comment status. You need to click “Ellipse Tool” button in comment toolbar or click “Tools”—“Comment”—“Draw”—“Ellipse” until the mouse cursor turn to be cross-shaped.
Move the cursor to the place you want to draw the ellipse. Left-click the mouse and drag it to anyplace you like, then an ellipse appears. When you click the ellipse, a red rectangle will frame it. You can drag the frame to move the ellipse to any place. By right clicking the ellipse, you can edit it such as cutting, deleting, copying, etc. In the popup floating item, you can click “Properties” option to open “Properties” dialog box in which you can set different kinds of parameters for the ellipse comment such as line color, thickness, fill color and so on. When you double click the ellipse, you can input your ellipse comment in the popup commenting window. If everything have been done, please click “Save” button in the toolbar or click “File”—“Save” to save the changes you have made. Then click “File”—“Save as” to open “Save as” dialog box and input the name, specify the location for new pdf document in it.
