The next step is to add pdf document into PDF Editor. You need to open “Open” dialog box in which you can select the document and click “OK” button. For opening this dialog box, please click “File”—“Open” or click “Open” button in toolbar. You can also use the hot key “Ctrl”+ “O” to open the dialog box.
In the following step, you will be able to add rectangle comment for the inputted pdf document. Please click “Tools”—“Edit Comment” or click “Edit Comment” button in toolbar. Then please click “Tools”—“Comment”—“Draw”—“Rectangle” or the button “Add Rectangle” in toolbar.
Move the cursor to the place you want to draw the rectangle. Left-click the mouse and drag it to anyplace you like, then a rectangle appears in document pane.

You need to make sure that you have activated the rectangle so that you can change its size or its position via dragging the bolder or the corner of it. When you right click the rectangle, you can edit it. If you double click it, you can also input your comments into the popup commenting window.
Right click the rectangle and click “Properties” option in the floating item, you can edit the line color, thickness, style, fill color, opacity for the rectangle. After that, please click “Close” button.
You need to click “Save” button or click “File”—“Save” to save the changes after you add the pdf rectangle comment. You also need to create a new pdf document. Please click “File”—“Save as” to open “Save as” dialog box and set the location and name for the new document.
