Convert image to Word document with OCR to Any Converter

In the opened interface of OCR to Any Converter which is shown in Figure 1 (The program is opened by double clicking the application icon or through the Start menu), you can see a friendly user interface which contains two windows, file menu and toolbar.

For your convenience to add image into the program, you can directly drag the image you want to convert and then drop it into the program. The current page will be shown in the preview window of the interface on the left. The toolbar on the left of the preview window can help you browse the input image easily.

You can jump the current page to previous or next page, zoom in or out the image, show the image with actual size or fit the window, rotate the image clockwise or anticlockwise. If the input image is a little skew, you can go into Image menu to deskew the image. You can also set the resolution and size of the image in this menu.

To OCR the characters in image, please click OCR button in the toolbar or you can click Command—OCR to execute the OCR command. Then the recognized characters will be shown in the right window of the interface.

If you want to OCR only some part of the image, you can draw a rectangle to select the area on the image with your mouse like the one shown in Figure 1 and then process OCR command and the characters in the selected area will be recognized.

For saving the target file as word document, please click File—Save as to open Save as dialog box in which you need to choose output location, rename the target file and choose output format as DOC format which is one format of word file.
