I have downloaded again everything,
re entered all the keys,
everything works exept PDF Form Filler product,
when I lounch it from th desktop icon,
I get the user manual only,
help!!!!

This is normal, please run PDF Form Filler application first, you can then click “File”->”Open” menu to open a fillable PDF file, then you can fill the PDF file properly, please refer to following screenshot,
