I followed your suggestion, paid for (the apparent) upgrade, and downloaded the PDF2Word (new version?). To my suprise, you sent me the same 3.0 version I purchased 3, and it continues to crash when I try to download some PDF file; I receive this message: "VeryPDF PDF To Word Product has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience". So, I have n idea whatsoever what you are doing? Are you playing a prank on me? Sorry for my saying this, but I'm really frustrated. I would really appreciate your fixing up things, please.
Please select “Combine text blocks automatically” option in PDF2Word to try again, we hoping this option will work better for you,
