Convert documents of webpage to XPS by command line

In this article, you will see the steps about converting the document of webpage to xps format image at first and then you will see the simple introduction to the application that you use in the conversion. Please see the following contents.

The application you should use is the command line application in Document Converter. It is a MS-DOS oriented application, so you need to open MS-DOS interface at first.

So to open MS-DOS interface is the first step in the conversion from webpage to xps. You can click “Start”—“Run” to open “Run” dialog box in which you can input “cmd” in “Open” combo box and click “OK” button. You can also use the hot key “Window”+ “R” to open “Run” dialog box.

To input the command line in opened MS-DOS interface is the second step. The command line is a combination of called program, source file and target file. It is just like the following one:

doc2pdf –i “www.google.com” –o OUT.xps

In the command line,

doc2pdf stands for the called program which is the executable file doc2pdf.exe in the installation package of the command line application.

–i “www.google.comis the link of the document of webpage.

–o OUT.xps stands for the output file name.

Then please click “Enter” button on the keyboard to run the conversion from webpage to xps.
