"C:\Documents and Settings\admin\Local Settings\Temp\htmltools\htmltools.exe" stands for the path of htmltools.exe.

"C:\Program Files\docPrint Pro v5.0\blank.emf" stands for the path of source emf file.

blank.wmf stands for the name of target wmf file.

NOTE:You should input a space between the two paths or cmd.exe will tell you “The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect.”

After that,the conversion of emf to wmf is over and you can find the new created wmf file in C:\Documents and Settings\admin.Please look at figure3.

1 Open the file you want to add image comment.

2 Run VeryPDF docPrint

3 Open the “Annotated document” dialog box

To trigger the comment buttons, you should click the second button to turn them become colorful.

5 Add image on the current page

After you click the fifth button to open the “Open” dialog box, you should

Select the proper image format in the “Files of type” combo box，for example, *.bmp>Select the directory to find proper image>click the image in the list box, then its file name will appear in the edit box of “File name”>press “OK” to add the image comment on the current page.

Drag the image comment to make it larger>Click on the border of the image comment>right click with the mouse>choose “Properties” to open the “Properties” dialog box

You may need to do the following steps to delete the text comment on the current page in the “Annotated document” dialog box as shown above.

1. Trigger the comment buttons

If you have clicked the first button which looks like a palm of hand, the comment buttons which are marked by red rectangle will turn to be grey. It means you cannot use the comment tool temporarily. Neither can you add text comment nor delete text comment when the comment buttons are grey.

In order to trigger the comment buttons, you should click the second button marked by blue rectangle as illustrated below. When the color of the buttons changed to be colorful, you can delete the text comment on the current page.

2. Select the text comment you want to delete

Right click with the mouse on the border of the text comment you want to delete, a drop-down menu will appear on the screen

3. Delete text comment

Choose “Delete” on the drop -down menu as illustrated above to delete the selected text comment on the current page. then the text comment disappears from the page. You can view the effect of delete text comment on the following illustrated page:
