How to convert format emf to pcx in a command line?

The commands are "C:\Documents and Settings\admin\Local Settings\Temp\htmltools\htmltools.exe" "C:\Program Files\docPrint Pro v5.0\blank.emf" blank.pcx.

"C:\Documents and Settings\admin\Local Settings\Temp\htmltools\htmltools.exe"  stands for the directory of calling program – htmltools.exe.

"C:\Program Files\docPrint Pro v5.0\blank.emf"  stands for the path of source emf file.

blank.pcx  stands for the name of new created pcx file.

Then you can find the target file in C disk.Please look at figure3.
