Please click “File”—“Document Properties” or use the hot key “Ctrl”+ “D” to open “Document Properties” dialog box in which you are able to see and edit PDF descriptions such as created date and time, modified date and time, file size, path,etc. In several text boxes above, you can also edit PDF keywords, title, subject, etc. Please see the dialog box in Figure 1. Input the keywords you want to edit and click “OK” button to close the current dialog box.

The current dialog box will return back to user interface of PDF Editor. Just click “Save” button which is available only when you make changes to source file in toolbar area. Please click “File”—“Save as” or use the hot key “Shift”+ “Ctrl”+ “S” to open “Save as” dialog box in which you can choose the location, input the name, select output format for creating output PDF document. Then click “Save” button to create a new PDF document.
So far all the operations have been done and you will get a new PDF document with new PDF keywords in the specified location.
