I downloaded and installed docPrint Pro v6.0.
It successfully converted some word documents to pdf.
We have the following problem however : our customers want to see the tracked changes in the pdf's, but they do not want to see balloons.
The pdf's, generated by docPrint always show balloons, even if we set the balloons option to "never" in the Word document. Do you have a solution for this?

In general, you can set the Printing options in MS Word application to disable "tracking balloons". If you can't found that option in MS Word, please send to us your sample DOC file and your Order ID (if you have), after we checked your sample DOC file, we will figure out a solution to you shortly.

Problem solved.
I am working with Word 2013(just recently installed); had some problems how to disable the balloons in this Word version.
But I found it eventually.

Turn off change tracking
On the Review tab, in the Tracking group, click the Track Changes image.
If you customized the status bar to include a track changes indicator, clicking Track Changes in the Tracking group will also turn off the indicator in the status bar.
Note Turning off change tracking does not eliminate the tracked changes in your document. To ensure that there are no more tracked changes in your document, be sure that all changes are showing, and then use the Accept or Reject commands for each change in the document.
