Question: For my job I am currently making certificates to give to students who completes our course. Basically what I have is a forty page word document, each page is a different student's certificate.I need to save each individual students certificate as a PDF and send it to them. Is there a way to save each page as a PDF, quickly? Thanks!
Answer: According to your needs, maybe you can convert the whole large word document to PDF and split PDF file to single pages. Just need two software then you can make the conversion easily. The software you many use is VeryPDF Office to Any Converter and software VeryPDF PDF Split-Merge. In the following part, I will show you how to make it.
Step 1. Convert word to PDF
- When converting word to PDF file, please download software Office to Any Converter. This is GUI version software, when downloading finishes, there will be an exe file. You need to install it by double click it and follow installation message till there is an icon showing off on the desktop. The following snapshot is from the software interface, please have a check.
- Please add word file to software interface by dragging or clicking button of Adding files. Once added, word file will be shown on the desktop. Then you can click setting button to do setting part. If you do not need to set anything, please click button Convert to Any and Save As to run the conversion. You will be reminded to choose the output folder.
Step 2. Split PDF file into single pages.
- As we need to create multiple PDF files from word document, now we have converted it to ones document. Now we need to split PDF into single pages. When split PDF, please download PDF Split-Merge. This is also GUI version software,please use the same method to install this software.
- The following snapshot is from the split and merge software interface, please have a check.
- Please go to tab of Split PDF File tab. Then click button Browse to add PDF file to software interface. In the option part, please choose option Split by every 1 page.
- Then click button Browse to choose output folder.
- When you finish setting part, please click button Run to start the conversion.
- A few seconds later, you will find split PDF showing in specified folder.
