Hi Very PDF support,
Our customer has purchased the "PDF to Excel" but unable to use it. Basically it installs and runs with no issue, then when he gives the file to convert, nothing happens. No error and no conversion.
After extensive troubleshooting, we noticed the Sophos Antivirus is blocking the software due to suspicious behaviour during conversion process.
I was wondering if it's a known issue and if there is any fix/workaround for it? Thanks in advance.

Because VeryPDF PDF to Excel Converter does use VB Script Code to interaction with MS Excel application, some Antivirus applications may prohibit and block this action.
You may add VeryPDF PDF to Excel Converter to the trust list of Sophos Antivirus application, or you may turn off Sophos Antivirus application temporarily, then you can use VeryPDF PDF to Excel Converter to convert PDF files to Excel Spreadsheets properly.
