I have tried print a DOCX file from MS Word 2010 to PDFcamp Printer v2.3 just now, I can create a correct PDF file without any problem.

Just for checking, please open your DOCX file in MS Word 2010, select and copy all contents to a new blank Word document, print new Word document to PDFcamp printer again, can you create a correct PDF file at this time?

additionally, you can also download PDFcamp Printer x64 v2.5 (64bit Windows) from following page to try,

after you installed PDFcamp Printer x64 v2.5, please print your DOCX Word document to PDFcamp Printer, you will able save to a new PDF file properly, we hoping PDFcamp Printer x64 v2.5 will work better for you.

  1. Hi,
I use PDFCamp printer 2.5 (32 bit) and I am losing content when printing files. For example, in a chart the content is lost but the chart frame is there. It happens mostly when printing PDFs. If I print a PPT to CampPDF, seldom an issue.
