I have an Access document, how can I save it to PDF file?

If you have an access document,you can convert tables,queries,forms,reports or pages to pdf file by using PDFcamp Printer.This article will introduce you how to convert access to pdf files.

Of course,you should download a PDFcamp Printer at https://www.verypdf.com/pdfcamp/pdfcamp_setup.exe and install it in your computer.

1.Tables to pdf.

You can open a table in access document then please click “file” – “print” or just press “Ctrl” + “P” to run your printer driver.In “print” dialog box,you should choose the printer as “PDFcamp Printer” in “name” combo box.You can click “properties” button to set the parameters of PDFcamp Printer,such as “links”, “email”, “page setup”,etc.Then click “OK” – “OK”.Please look at figure1.In the next dialog which is named “save as ” ,you can save and name your pdf file.

2.Queries to pdf

Just open or create a query in your computer.Then you can click “file” – “print” or press “Ctrl” + “P” on your keyboard to run printer driver.Select PDFcamp Printer in “name” combo box and set parameters by clicking “properties” button.When everything is finished,you can click “OK” to save your file.

3.Reports,forms,pages to pdf are just the same as tables to pdf and queries to pdf.
