The following contents will show you how to find a certain text and replace the found text with new text or image.

1. Please free download VeryPDF PDF Text Replacer and install it to your computer as normal. During the installation, please allow it to create a shortcut icon on the desktop for your use convenience.

2. Please double click the shortcut icon of this application on the desktop to open this application, and then you can see the main interface of this software on the screen. After that, you can add the PDF file into the processing file list of the application by clicking the Add button in the toolbar below the file list or using drag and drop operations.

3. Please click the tab According to Positions to switch to the “According to Positions” panel. Please see it in the following snapshot.

As you can see from the above snapshot, there are two tabs—Replace with text and Replace with Images, which means that the software provides two modes to replace the text contents. Lets’ see it one by one.

Replace with text

Click the Replace with text tab below the “According to Positions” tab.
Click the Add Rule(s) button on the right side of the file list box.
Type the text you want to replace in the activated edit box below the column of “Find What”.
Type the text you want to take place of the already typed text in the activated edit box below the column of “Replace with”.
Click the Replace button on the right side of the file list box to replace the found text with the new text.

Replace with Images

Click the Replace with Images tab.
Click the Add Rule(s) button.
Type the text you want to replace in the activated edit box below the column of “Find What”.
Click the Open Picture File button below the column of “Replace with” to choose an image.
Adjust the image width and height in the activated edit boxes below the column of “Image Width” and “Image Height”.
Click button Replace to replace the found text with image.
