How to convert a PDF file with customized fonts to editable Word document?

I am using your API's to read the content of PDF files. When I open this file I does not return anything. I tried running the file through you pdf2word.exe application and it returns garbage. Can you please let me know what is wrong. I have a client dynamically produces these pdf files which for some reason I can no longer read. Is there a way of sending you this file? There does not appear to be a way of attaching documents.
