The way to input command line is pretty easy, do Just as the following picture indicates,

Press  “start”>choose “Run”>input “cmd”>press “ok”

pcltool.exe -xres 200 -yres 200 D:\in.pcl D:\out.tif

where

  • D:\in.pcl is to specify a pcl filename or a directory for input,
  • D:\out.tif is to specify the tif file name for output,
  • xres 200 -yres 200 is to set X resolution 200 and Y resolution 200 to image file.
