SVG format file is developed as a standard format for displaying vector graphics on the Web. It is two-dimensional vector graphic format created by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). The first step—run the printer driver.
In an opened PPT document, you should click “File”—“Print” to open “Print” dialog box in which you can choose the current printer as “docPrint” in “Printer” combo box. Then click “Print” button to close the dialog box and continue the work. You can also use the hot key “Ctrl”+ “P” to open “Print” dialog box. If docPrint is the default printer, please right click on the PPT document and click “Print” in dropdown list.
The second step—open “Save As” dialog box.
Please see “docPrint” dialog box in Figure1. There are several function icons which can realize different functions in the toolbar. If you want to convert ppt to svg only, please don’t care about them. Just use the ways given below to open “Save As” dialog box.

- You can click “File”—“Save as” to open “Save As” dialog box.
- Click the icon which looks like a floppy disk in the toolbar.
- Press “Ctrl”+ “S” at the same time.
The last step—save the target files in “Save As” dialog box.
There is a dialog box titled “Save As” dialog box popping up. Please see the dialog box in Figure2. In “Save in” combo box, you can choose the directory for target files. In “File name” edit box, you should input the name for the target files. Then specify the file type for the output files in “Save as type” combo box. Click “Save” button to run the conversion from ppt to svg.

Then the conversion will be ended in several seconds later. The conversion speed depends on the original file size and the computer configuration. Please browse your target files with some kind of image processing or editing programs such as Photoshop or IrfanView.
