You should first open a command line interpreter. You know, unlike a GUI application, a command line application cannot be directly opened by double clicking its icon. Instead, you have to call a command line application from a command line interpreter like Command Prompt. Please do as follows to open Command Prompt:

  • Click Start.
  • Point to All Programs.
  • Point to Accessories.
  • Click Command Prompt.

Secondly, based on the usage of the executable file doc2pdf.exe, please type a command line and then press Enter.

Usage: doc2pdf [options] <-i Document Files> [-o Output]

As for the option, -f <paper size> is the one you need to set page size. You can either select standard paper size or define the paper by yourself. The following are some examples:

  • doc2pdf.exe -f 8 -i D:\*.xls -o E:\*.pdf—set standard page size when convert multiple XLS to PDF in a batch.
  • doc2pdf.exe -f "10x20in" -i D:\*.doc -o E:\*.pdf—define 10x20in as the page size when convert multiple DOC documents to PDF files in a batch.
  • doc2pdf.exe -f "20x30mm" -i D:\*.ppt -o E:\*.pdf—define 20x30mm as the page size when convert multiple PPT files to PDF files in a batch.
  • doc2pdf.exe -f "30x40pt" -i D:\*.docx -o E:\*.pdf—define 30x40pt as the page size when convert multiple DOCX documents to PDF files in a batch.
