Print documents of OpenOffice to PDF and edit PDF automatically

This article aims to show you how to print document of OpenOffice to PDF and edit PDF automatically with PDFcamp Printer in Windows platforms. Please follow me if you would like to know more information:

First of all, please download and install PDFcamp Printer on your computer:

  • Open control panel on your computer > double click “Printers and Faxes” on control panel > select ‘PDFcamp Printer’ > click “Printing Preferences” on dropdown list, then its panel can be popped on your screen, where you need to click “Finish” tab so that its panel can display. Then, please type the path of installer of one of your PDF editor in edit-box there after you click check-box before this edit-box in order to open and edit your PDF file after conversion automatically, or you can click the button on the other side of edit-box in order to use a dialog box to add this path in edit-box. Finally, please click “OK” there so that these settings can be saved:

  • Then, open your OpenOffice file on your computer, then click “File” > select “Print” on dropdown list, then print panel can be opened like below where you need to click “PDFcamp Printer” and click “Print”, then a dialog box named “Save As” can be popped out, where you need to select a folder and click “Save”, then along with the saving of PDF file, the conversion can be accomplished automatically, and later on, your PDF file can be opened and edited in PDF editor on your computer
