Virtual PDF Printer product License

Dear verypf team,

I am developing new application and I need PDF printer, the PDF printer will be distributed to my users and they will use it to create PDF file from any windows application,  but they will not be able to view or to use those files, after the file created it will start automatically upload process to my server and will not leave a copy on the user machine.
I can do it with my developer (C++)  and I like to ask you the kind of product I have to buy and the license price. Can I have this product for evaluation? and after that I will purchase the license and you will remove the watermark.

As another option may I ask your quotation for this work from A to Z.

The printer have to fit the following features:

Normal or silent installation.
Printer name: XXXXXX.
About page: XXXXXX.
Print process: no configuration window available to user, the user will be able to view his file only after logging into his account on my server, the only action he can take is approve and continue, or disapprove and abort.
Page size: A4
Orientation: portrait.
Resolution: 300 dpi
Fonts: embedded.
Transparency: white colour converted to transparent.
Upload to server: every page single file.
File name: job name + auto numbering.

C:\windows\system32\yourapplication.exe  "C:\output.pdf"
