We are trying to convert multi-page tiff files into pdf files

I am trying to download your trial software to see if it will work for our purposes here at Doc-Mart. We are trying to convert multi-page tiff files into pdf files without having to do them one page at a time. I can't get your program to download. I get to where it extracts files but there is no .exe file. Please advise on what I'm doing wrong.
