Add stamp to PDF

When you use the powerful application PDF Editor to edit your pdf document, you can add pdf stamp in it for annotating the file or making pdf document more beautiful. In the installation process, you can choose to create a desktop icon for the application so that you can conveniently and easily find and open the application no matter when you need it. Having PDF Editor on your computer, you will be able to launch it right now!

Please double click the desktop icon or right click the icon and click “Open” option in popup dropdown list. Then you will see the main user interface of PDF Editor on your screen. The next step is to add pdf document to PDF Editor. You can click “File”—“Open” or click “Open” button in the toolbar and you will see a dialog box named as “Open” come out. Then please choose the pdf document you want to edit and click “OK” button. You can also use the keyboard shortcuts “Ctrl”+ “O” to open the dialog box.

Now you can add pdf stamp for the opened document in the application. Please click “Edit Comment” or click “Tools”—“Edit Comment” to activate the comment toolbar so that the buttons in this toolbar come to be usable. Then please click “Add stamp” button or click “Tools”—“Comment”—“Stamp”. You will see “Open” button come out, in which you can choose the stamp image from your computer. PDF Editor supports to add different formats image of stamp such as bmp, gif, tiff, etc. Then please click “Open” button and you will see the stamp image appear on the document pane in the default position. You can change the position and the size of the stamp via dragging it freely. By double clicking the stamp image, a commenting window will come out in which you can input your comments. When you right click the stamp, a floating item will appear and you can click “Properties” to edit the properties for the stamp. Please see “Properties” dialog box in Figure 1. In “Appearance” pane of the whole panel control, you can set the color of commenting window but not the characters in it, change the opacity degree for the stamp itself via dragging image . You can also make some color in the pdf stamp image to be transparent by activating “Transparent Color” box and selecting the color you need. Then click “Close” button.

Please save your changes by clicking “Save” button in the toolbar of PDF Editor or click “File” in menu area and click “Save” in dropdown list. You need to create a new pdf document with this pdf stamp in it by clicking “File”—“Save as” to open “Save as” dialog box in which you can save the target file.
