Lost Program of PPT2FLASH

I purchased a copy of your ppt2flash.exe in the early spring. At that time I was having an issue with a hacker attacking my computer and websites that I make. I have lost my confirming email and am not sure of the date of the purchase or the order number. All of my emails were lost. I am now able to work again and need to update a media sign using the pptflash.exe but I now no longer have access to the program or the download. I even purchased the download insurance, but the problem is that I have the information needed for your query online form, but I am unsure of the date that I purchased this program.
