The third step is to set parameters for the target file. You need to know which kind of language is in input image PDF and then please choose the related OCR option in dropdown list top right. To get a satisfied output layout, you can select any one you need in “Output Options” group box. Then please choose the output format as “XLS” or “XLSX” in “Output Format” group box. If you want to convert several pages of the image PDF to Excel, you can check “Select Range” option in “Page Range” group box and input the page number in “From” and “To” edit boxes. In order to browse the target file at the first them when the conversion is over, please check “View after convert” option.
