(2) -append 2 is the parameter for combining emf to pdf, which means the new created PDF will append to last page if PDF file exists. You can also change “2” to “1” which means that the new created PDF document will insert before fist page if PDF file exists..

(3) "C:\Documents and Settings\admin\Desktop\demo\emf\*.emf" is the path of all the EMF files to be converted in one folder.

(4) C:\OUTPUT.pdf is the path of target file.

In the last step, you should click “Enter” button on the keyboard to run the combining process and you will get the combined PDF document in the specified location at last.
