Last week the resolution on my PDFs has gone way down. No changes (other than MS Updates) have been made to the program or the server. Can you tell me what’s going on?
I have included a sample for you to look at. Text used to be very sharp and focused.

Yes, this problem is caused by MS Updates, you can run following command lines to unregister some DLL files first,
regsvr32 /u c:\WINDOWS\system32\dxtmsft.dll
regsvr32 /u c:\WINDOWS\system32\dxtrans.dll
and then run htmltools.exe to convert your HTML files to PDF files again, can you get better PDF files?

I managed to fix it be removing IE 9. I saw a related article on your website yesterday about IE9 being a problem. It's on a server so I really don't need a browser anyway.

Thanks for your message, yes, IE9 will cause some problems to htmltools.exe during HTML Rendering, we will try to solve these problems in the next version of htmltools.exe, we will let you know after new version of htmltools.exe is ready.
