PNG to Word OCR Converter

Please right click the mouse in the list and choose "Add files" option. Buttons "Remove" and "Remove All" are used to remove one or all PNG files from the table.

Before converting PNG to Word document, you should know which language original PNG image contains. For example, the language in the image is Italian, you should choose the eleventh option—"OCR PDF and Image file (Language: Italian)" in "Output Options" group box. In other word, this option can help you convert the characters in image to the Word document which can be edited and modified freely. In "Output Options" group box, please choose "MS Word Document (*.DOC)" as output format. To browse the output document at the first time, you'd better check the "View after convert" option below the "PDF Password" group box. Then click "Convert" button to pop up "Browse for Folder" dialog box in which you can choose a suitable directory for the output document. The "OK" button in "Browse for Folder" dialog box must be clicked next to run the conversion from PNG to Word.

You will find there is a progress bar appears in the window form of PNG to Word OCR Converter showed in Figure2 and the progress bar can remind you the conversion progress. The progress bar will turn to be empty again when the conversion is done.

The Word document will pop up itself for your checking. You can see the comparison between the original image and output Word document. There is no wrong character in newly created Word document. So the application is accurate enough to be a good converter.
