Raster to SVG Vector Converter is a good helper if you want to convert raster image to SVG format image.

There is a file list on the left used to list all the raster image files to be converted. Please see the buttons below the file list. "Open" is used to add raster image files to the file list from the computer. If you don't want to convert some file, please click "Remove" button to delete it. The button "Remove All" is for deleting all the video files in the list.
To click "Option" button, you can get "Option" dialog box which will be introduced in following contents specifically. You can see the thumbnails of each image of the file list in the "Preview" frame on the right.

Please see the "Output Format" combo box, in which you should choose the output format for the target file as "svg". To set the resolution for the target file, just input the value from 0 dpi to 999 dpi in "Resolution" edit box. You can also set the rotation degree and the page size for the target file in "Rotate" group box and "Pagesize" group box. Please click "Color" option on the left of the dialog box, in which you are able to set the line color and the file color for the output vector image. To continue the conversion, please click on "OK" button and you will see the interface of Raster to SVG Vector Converter again. You need to input or choose the location for the target file in "Output Folder" text box and click the "Convert" button.
